2. Navigate to Project -> Network -> Network Topology -> Graph
Expected: icons should be centered in graph circles
Actual: icons popping-up out of graph circles
Environment: Ocata
Browsers: IE11 under Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008R2.
MS Edge under Windows 10.
