When using new Launch Instance panel, default Boot Source should be always set
to "Image" as a default value. Currently it's nondeterministic and selects
either "Volume Snapshot" or "Image" on a random basis.

Patch for the original bug makes **the order** of fields deterministic,
but not the initial choice.
