Keystone Installation Tutorial for Ubuntu in keystone

Bug description:
- [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way: After "Verify Operation" page of
"Finalize the installation" for keystone in Pike release the next page must be
"Create a domain, projects, users, and roles" where as the next button is
linked to "Getting started" page which should come after "Using the scripts"
page.
Because of this user can miss the "Create a domain, projects, users, and
roles" page which results in missing project and user creation further leading
to glance and other services configuration failure.
