Marking as invalid, since the edit dialog for this ( Admin / System /
Defaults > Update Defaults) is not overly long in Pike (it only has 11
fields on it).

Bug description:
Make the "Limit" column fields editable instead of through the 'Update
Defaults' modal because the modal could get very long and is not user
friendly.
