and what exactly the steps you are doing. Since these are mostly
questions, it would be best to start by discussing this in the
appropriate IRC channels on freenode, #openstack-keystone and/or
#openstack-horizon.

Title:
OpenStack Ocata, Not able to delete default security group even after
delete Project.
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
When i am running the below command on OpenStack Ocata release
"openstack security group rule list default"
I get the output as
"More than one SecurityGroup exists with the name 'default'."
Because there are more than one default security groups, per Project
basis.
I deleted the all the Project and their default security groups
manually except the "admin" Project
I notice the default security group will keep creating.
How to get rid of default security group? Is it a bug?
