Public bug reported:
When creating a new instance from image, the resulting instance does not
receive the image_ref metadata.
This effect has shown up with
Ubuntu:
openstack-dashboard 3:12.0.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0
openstack-dashboard 3:11.0.3-0ubuntu3~cloud0
Centos-7:
openstack-dashboard.noarch 1:11.0.3-1.el7
git:
branch stable/ocata
All metadata (including image_ref ) are filled in when creating an instance
with "nova boot" "openstack server create" or as part of an heat-stack.
OS::Nova::Server, so I don't think it's the environment causing trouble.
When I do a "Rebuild Instance" at the dashboard, the image_ref apears
afterwards.
