This works correctly in queens: the form accepts the larger size the
second time and correctly extends the volume.

Bug description:
When extending an existing volume.
Under Project
1. Click Extend Volume
2. New Size: (select the same size)
3. Errors out, as it should (New size must be greater than current size)
4. Go back and select a greater size.
5. Form errors out (Danger: there was an error submitting the form)
