Steps to reproduce
==================
1. launch 250+ CirrOSes with flavor cirros64 (same as cirros256 but with 64M
ram)
2.navigate to /project/instances in horizon
3. select instance name and write a proper prefix having '0' in it the press
filter.

I'm using devstack fc2919f the setup is running on a Dell T7810 and has 251
instances launched and running.
Hypervisor: libvirt+kvm
Storage: LVM shipped with devstack
networking: Neutron with OpenVSwitch
