In order to detach a port from the QoS policy, simply update again the port
configuration.
$ openstack port unset --no-qos-policy 88101e57-76fa-4d12-b0e0-4fc7634b874a
Updated port: 88101e57-76fa-4d12-b0e0-4fc7634b874a
Should be modified as：
$ openstack port unset --qos-policy 88101e57-76fa-4d12-b0e0-4fc7634b874a
