As you type the filename to use, the form is checking swift for
duplicate names. I do not see the above ClientException, but I do see
404's when the entered filename is unique, which is the intent.

ng containers - upload object, 404 Not Found debug mode

Bug description:
If I upload an object in ng Containers panel and look at the debug
printout in the console, I get an error:
ClientException: Object HEAD failed: http:<url> 404 Not Found
The UI looks and works fine.
