Since keystone API version 3.6 the role assignment list operation has
supported include_names see https://developer.openstack.org/api-
ref/identity/v3/#what-s-new-in-version-3-6

I'm writing a third party plugin and need to use this option, instead of
me having to replicate all the keystone api in horizon it would be good
if it could be supported natively.
