It's true that the whiteboard can be updated manually.
But why not correct the initial url to reduce the complicated and meaningless
work?

In blueprint web page, the "Gerrit topic" link url's pattern is
'https://review.openstack.org/#q,topic:\1,n,z', which is invalid now.
The current valid pattern seems to be
'https://review.openstack.org/#/q/topic:\1'.
