Bug description:
Hi,
horizon (10.0.0.dev1973)
http://website.com/project/images
->Compute
->Images
Click 'Launch' next to an image
On proceeding 'Launch Instance' window, under Source, the selected
image is not visible on either Allocated or Available table
Tested with Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 and Firefox on Windows 7
