The error message for hosts file template expansion is misleading, it
reads:
cloudinit.cloud: WARNING: No template found at
/etc/cloud/templates/hosts.suse.tmpl for template named hosts.suse
But should be
cloudinit.cloud: WARNING: No template found at /etc/cloud/templates
for template hosts.suse
