UX: Dropdown "Projects" in Navbar displays scrollbar when not needed

Bug description:
How to reproduce:
1. Click on the projects dropdown that appears in Navbar.
2. Make sure you have a few number of projects, e.g. 2 or 3.
3. See that the scrollbar is shown even though is not needed.
