Users email deletes from repeatedly clicking confirm button

Bug description:
Environment: upstream
Steps:
1) Login under admin
2) Click Identity -> Users
3) Hover over a user email and click on the edit icon
4) Repeatedly and quickly click the confirm (blue checkmark) button
Expected Result: Email change is accepted if valid or rejected if
invalid
Actual Result: Email address is deleted
