Env: devstack master branch
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Porject/Compute Key Pairs panel.
2. Create two key pairs, such as "keypair 1","keypair 2".
3. Select "keypair 1","keypair 2" and click batch "Delete Key Pairs" button.
After deleting keypairs, we will see that batch "Delete Key Pairs"
button is not disabled and still can be clicked.
