CLOUD VPS not working

Bug description:
My CLOUD VPS is not working for more than month maybe. One day I tried to
connect and I was unable to connect. I opened my nodeteria managing page and I
there also the vps was stuck. The status was ERROR. I wrone an email about the
problem and no one answered me. I continue get charged and I see new invoices
and I don't have the service for I am paying!!!!!!
Now I opened the managing web page again and I see: Manage Your Server
Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/
and attach the Nova API log if possible. Where is this NOPA Api log ?
Fix my VM or I'll find better VPS provider!
