According to the discussion above, it seems to happen only when PKI token is
used.
PKI token was dropped from keystone as of now (queens release), so it seems the
time to mark this as Won't Fix.

Project list disappears after choosing another project from the top
dropdown menu

Bug description:
I am using Horizon - Version: 8.0.0
I am logging in using a user that is assigned to 2 projects in openstack.
After I switch to the other project from the top-left dropdown menu, the
items from that dropdown disappears
You can see the attached screenshot.
So initially I was logged into the a project "X", the I switched to the
project "dns".
As you can see, the dropdown remains empty if I open it again after.
