Public bug reported: The API ref for Adding a single tag[0] to a project has the wrong response parameters. Currently it states that the response will be an array of tags when adding a single tag to a project. However this does not match the current implementation in keystone as well as the API-WG spec for tags[1].
Fix will be to remove the parameters from the response since it returns no body and a 201.
