Hello,
While I was following kolla kubernetes guide for containerized
Openstack I found a problem concerning Neutron and its dependency Ryu,
while using new Pip version (9.0.2).
I am creating this issue here because it may affect other users of
Neutron.
Please find more information on the issues I opened to Pip page and
