Public bug reported:
eni_path for debian is configured as /etc/network/interfaces.d/50-cloud-
init.cfg, but the file doesn't get used by ifupdown. According to the
interfaces manpage, the filename has to match ^[a-zA-Z0-9_-]+$. It works
when the extension .cfg is removed.
I'm using DataSourceNoCloud with a Networking Config Version 1.
