Public bug reported:

According to
https://docs.openstack.org/nova/pike/user/launch-instance-from-volume.html
a user can Boot instance from and image and attach non-bootable volume. This
can be done from the horizon UI as well. When done from the UI , the image
boots properly and a volume is attached properly.
However the Image-name field remains blank in the horizon UI despite the fact
that the users dont boot from the attached volume.

observed in horizon: 12.0.2 in the pike release.

** Affects: horizon
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
