During functional tests all the ports are untagged. So such tag should be removed during functional testing. All the test cases in the module neutron_vpnaas.tests.functional.strongswan.test_strongswan_driver.TestStrongSwanScenario are failing. With some investigation, this is caused by the neutron commit 88f5e11d8bf [2] and a fix in neutron-vpnaas is required.
