Bug description:
Robert reported issues running test cases in SuSE environments.
After some work, I got a SuSE lxc container going.
Inside, I could run nosetests except
test_install_chef_from_omnibus_has_omnibus_version
test_install_chef_from_omnibus_runs_chef_url_content
