FS driver: chunk size is hard-coded

Bug description:
At the moment, the filesystem driver uses a hardcoded 64 KB size, used
when reading/writing image.
This can be extremely inefficient, especially when file shares are
used. For this reason, the chunk size should be configurable, similar
to the other glance store drivers.
