Title: Can't refresh DNS zones pages, get HTTP 404 Status in Designate Dashboard: New Bug description: If I've gone to a Designate DNS zone (or any of its instances) within Horizon, if I then press F5 or send the link to someone else all you get is an HTTP 404.
