Public bug reported:
in the instance overview under either admin or project one does not see
attached ports that do no have an IP address set. for example:
1. create a port with following command:
openstack port create --network XXXX --no-fixed-ip test-port --project
my-project
2. attach the port to a vm
now there is no way to see attached ports without ip address in the
detail view of an instance.
