Description:
Boot to OS, in Network option, not have Mobile Broadband Card with WWAN card
information, SUT can't detect Mobile Broadband Card with WWAN card, then run
"lsusb" in Terminal, no WWAN information.
Expected Behavior:
SUT can detect Mobile Broadband Card.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu OS 18.04.1 LTS;
2. Boot to OS with WWAN card connected, open Terminal run "lsusb", found can't
detect mobile broadband card;-->Problem(refer to check WWAN.png)
3. Open Show Applications->Settings->Network, found no mobile
options.-->Problem(refer to WWAN.png)
