  Linux, Ubuntu, 18.04, X36CI, NB13, SUT Lid close can't enter suspend
  when connect external monitor on Dock.(FR:100%)

Bug description:
  Description:
  Connect a Single-c Salomin Dock to SUT, connect three monitors to Salomon 
Dock. Open Dconf Editer, set Lid close to suspend, close Lid of SUT. Find 
display change to external Monitor after Lid closed.

  Expected Behavior:
  SUT Lid close can enter suspend when connect external monitor on Dock.

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Flash Latest BIOS, install Ubuntu OS 18.04.
  2. Boot to BIOS setup, set Power Management sleep mode to force S3;
  3. Boot to OS, Connect a Salomon Dock to SUT;
  4. Connect a HDMI monitor, two DP monitors to Salomon Dock;
  5. Install Dconf Editer in Ubuntu Software;
  6. Open Dconf Editer, set Lid close to suspend as default;
  7. Close Lid of SUT, find display change to external monitors, not 
Suspend.---->problem(refer to Video)
