Connect a Single-c Salomon Dock without monitor to SUT, open display setting
of Ubuntu, wait a while, find there is two monitors are listed.
Expected Behavior:
Display setting show one monitor when connect Salomon without Monitor.

4. Find there is two Monitors are listed in Display
