Description:
Connect a Lan cable to SUT's RJ45 Lan port.
1. Set wired connect automatically checked, disconnect Lan connecttion.
Switch to another user, Network don't connect automatically.
2. Set wired connect automatically unchecked, enable Lan connection. Switch
to another user, Network connect automatically.
Expected Behavior:
Network connection according setting after switch User.

3. Navigate to Network wired setting;
4. Set wired connect automatically checked, disconnect Lan connecttion;
5. Switch to another user, Network don't connect
automatically.---->problem(refer to Video)
