  Linux, Ubuntu,18.04, X36CI, NB13, "lspci -v" Command can't list any
  device that not TBT connect on SUT and Dock.(FR:100%)

Bug description:
  Description:
  1. Connect a Single-c Salomin Dock to SUT, connect a DP Monitor/HDMI 
Monitor/Memory Key...to Salomon Dock, Execute "lspci -v" Command in terminal. 
There is no information about Single-c Salomon and device connect on it.
  2. Connect a TBT Salomin Dock to SUT, connect a DP Monitor/HDMI 
Monitor/Memory Key...to Salomon Dock, Execute "lspci -v" Command in terminal. 
There is no information about device connect on it.

  Expected Behavior:
  "lspci -v" Command can list Single-c Salomon and device connect on it 
normally.

  Steps to Reproduce
  1. Flash Latest BIOS, install Ubuntu OS 18.04.
  2. Boot to OS, Connect a Salomon Dock to SUT;
  3. Connect a DP Monitor/HDMI Monitor/Memory Key...to Salomon Dock.
  4. Execute "lspci -v" Command in terminal.
  5. There is no information about Single-c Salomon and device connect on 
it.---->problem1(refer to Log)
  6. Connect a TBT Salomin Dock to SUT, connect a DP Monitor/HDMI 
Monitor/Memory Key...to Salomon Dock, Execute "lspci -v" Command in terminal. 
There is no information about device connect on it.---->problem2
