Description:
Connect a BME Dock to SUT, Connect a HDMI/DP Monitor to BME Dock, the default
display mode is Join Displays.
Expected Behavior:
Both the SUT and the external monitor has the duplicate display of Linux OS

Note:
1. VP on DP Monitor
2. VP on conncet to SUT HDMI Port directly
3. VP on DP connect (via Type-c to DP )
4. VP on Salomon TBT3 cable dock
5. VP on Salomon single-c cable dock

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Flash Latest BIOS, Install Ubuntu OS 18.04.
2. Boot to OS, Connect a BME Dock to SUT;
3. Connect a HDMI/DP Monitor to BME Dock;
4. The default display mode is Join Displays.---->problem
