Changed the message level for deleting some resources to info
Added functionality to the handle function in the BatchAction class
in action.py and allowed the easy changing between the alert types
and made deleting images, instances, and volumes give an info alert
rather than a success message and altered the testing parameters

Success message shown when deleting a volume /volume snapshot

Bug description:
Click on Project -> Volumes. Create a new volume and volume snapshot.
Click on the Delete Volume/Delete Snapshot button and it will display
the following message:
Success: Schedule deletion of volume/volume snapshot {name}
Since the deletion is not complete at that point, isnt it appropriate
to show this as an 'Info' message instead of 'Success' (like how it
shows when a volume/volume snapshot is created)
