Yeah looks like this is the "public-ipv4" key in the ec2 metadata
response. Note that it only returns the first, even if multiple floating
IPs are attached to the server.

This is not really a bug though, it is at least a blueprint or if we're
following the rules about API changes it would also need a spec (but
that might be heavy for this, so bring it up in the nova team meeting).

Bug description:
  Don't seem to be able to get floating IP information from openstack metadata 
network_data.json
  I can get this via EC2 metadata and would be good if it was in openstack 
metadata too
