However the code has changed ever since: https://github.com/openstack/horizon/commit/574228c1ba2e7649ae1a1180b15bdef7ae5bda5c We are suffering from same behavior and that is when you confirm the resize, there is a window where the button "confirm resize" is clickable and available. However it is all due to the refresh, the button doesn't stay there once the horizon refreshes.
