With the Rocky version of Glance, some new READ ONLY image properties were
added: os_hash_algo and os_hash_value.

Since these were added, it can be impossible for a regular user to
update an image from the OpenStack dashboard, because these properties
are read-only and can be None, the update image dialog considers the
form as incomplete and greys out the 'Update Image' button.
