Scenario tests for neutron-dynamic-routing can't be run all in one job with
single "tempest run" command.
It is like that because for each class of scenario tests: "base", "ipv4" an
"ipv6" there is created bridge and docker network, see for example
https://github.com/openstack/neutron-dynamic-routing/blob/master/neutron_dynamic_routing/tests/tempest/scenario/basic/base.py#L71
and for each class of those tests there is always same subnet used.
That cause problems with docker which returns errors like:
