In openstack, when the tenant accesses the secret files of the instance,
the dongle device is required for encryption and decryption.
The dongle device is a USB device, which is implemented on the server side
and requires the pass-through function of USB device. A dongle can only be used
for a virtual machine, and there are few USB interfaces on the server.
Please help to sort out the ideas and code.
