Public bug reported: Patches [1] and [2] added description field to the fields of port forwarding resource. Unfortunately we missed API extensions to be added in neutron and also there is a bug in the api definition done in [2] - there should be SUB_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTE_MAP updated instead of RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTE_MAP and also there is missing "parameters" dict there.
