Use command "su -s /bin/sh -c "nova-manage db sync" nova", the message was "
Please run `nova-manage db online_migrations' on Newton code before
continuing.There are still 6 unmigrated flavors. "
The migration command was "nova-manage db online_data_migrations" not
"nova-manage db online_migrations".
