Public bug reported:
Currently L2 agents, like e.g. neutron-ovs-agent are reporting in hearbeat
messages what extensions are enabled in its config. That can be later checked
by admin through neutron API.
It should be similar in case of L3 agent which also have same extensions
mechanism.
