Steps To Reproduce:
1. Horizon master or victoria
2. Open Horizon and login
3. Create an instance and start resizing
4. After Horizon show status "Confirm or revert Resize/Migrate" confirm it in
the dropdown menu
Expected Result:
when resizing finished, the status of instance changed to "Active"
Actual Result:
resizing finished successfully but status still "Confirm or revert
Resize/Migrate"
