Bug description:
While translating the Horizon UI strings in master branch, I found the
following:
https://opendev.org/openstack/horizon/blame/branch/master/openstack_dashboard/dashboards/admin/backups/tables.py#L45-L46
"Delete Force Volume Backup"
"Delete Force Volume Backups"
The word order seems to be incorrect.
It should be "Force Delete" instead of "Delete Force".
