Strings in tags field is limited to 60 chars

Bug description:
I have a usecase where we need to put a hostname in the tags field.
This fails for hosts with very long hostnames because the tags
elemtents are limited to 60 character strings.
Invalid input for operation: 'tripleo_hostname=centos-8-stream-
vexxhost-ca-ymq-1-0023709342' exceeds maximum length of 60."
Let's increase the field to allow 255 characters.
