Bug description:
moving all legacy jobs to zuul v3 native jobs is a cycle goal.
in the ussuri cycle we have already had several issue with the nova live
migration job
such as compressed logs, distutils conflict and other failures caused by
change in devstack the only impact legacy job.
to that end this bug tracks migrating all legacy nova jobs to zuul v3 ntative
jobs
specificaly nova-live-migration and nova-grenade-multinode.
