The "DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE " will limit number of images to request in each
paginated request when we get image by cli. The value of
DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE is set as 20. However default value of
CONF.limit_param_default is 25.Is it better to set these two values
equal？
