Hello: The provider information is added to the network dictionary in [1]. If the number of segments in a network is 1, the provider information will be set in the network dictionary. If the number of segments is >1, the provider information will be written in network['segments'] = [...].
You are probably hitting this issue. I'll add "networking_generic_switch" to this bug to make this project aware of this problem. Regards.
