After migration from ML2/OVS+DVR to ML2/OVN qr- interfaces (router ports)
aren't cleaned from the nodes even if they aren't needed in ML2/OVN case at all.
The same is with trunk's subports (spi- and spt- patch ports which connects
br-int and trunk bridge).
